Sovera Collective LLC operates this website. Medical services are provided by HeartSpringTX PLLC doing business as Sovera Health. Sovera Coaching provides nonmedical coaching services and is separate from clinical care.

Sovera Health — medical services

Medical care is delivered under HeartSpringTX PLLC by a licensed, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner via telehealth to adults located in Texas. Sovera Health does not treat pediatric patients or provide emergency care.

Practitioner licensure

Amy Bickford, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in the state of Texas. License verification is available upon request.

Prescribing

Prescriptions are provided only when clinically appropriate following an evaluation by a licensed medical provider. Completing a form, joining the waitlist, scheduling a consultation, or becoming a patient does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed.

Sovera Coaching — coaching, not medical care

Sovera Coaching is a nonmedical coaching service. Coaching sessions do not establish a provider-patient relationship and do not include medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, psychotherapy, or emergency services. Any professional healthcare credentials held by the coach do not change the nonmedical nature of coaching services.

Coaching clients who need medical evaluation or treatment must establish a separate clinical relationship through Sovera Health or another licensed healthcare provider.

Individual results vary. Coaching and clinical outcomes are not guaranteed.
