Medical care is delivered under HeartSpringTX PLLC by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner via telehealth to adults located in Texas. Sovera Health does not treat pediatric patients or provide emergency care.
Sovera Coaching — coaching, not treatment
Coaching is forward-focused work on goals, mindset, and habits. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or a substitute for either.
